AN RC AND A MOON PIE
FUN FRIDAY!
An RC and a moon pie? Anybody remember those treats?
Milton is from Alabama, and the other Sunday he mentioned them in his sermon. The next Sunday somebody put these on the pulpit. He got a laugh.
And he enjoyed the treats.
Right in front of them is my peanut butter knife. It's fake peanut butter. Makes people do double-takes when they see it.
Haha.
Remember, laugh with your spouse. It's healthy for your marriage.

I haven't seen RC cola in a long time. I remember RC from my childhood here in "southern Alabama." I can recall my mother taking us to do the laundry and the first thing we wanted was RC cola and a bag of peanuts. My mother passed away in 2003, which seems like yesterday to me. I am blessed with all the fond memories... especially growing up back in the 60s and 70s.
You just brought back a memory for me. In the late 50s, we used to go to the laundromat with my mother, and the first thing we asked for was one of those little bottles of Coke and a bag of peanuts. When we put the peanuts IN the Coke, well, that was a super treat!

We have RC up in Chicagoland, but I haven't seen a Moon Pie since college! Mmm. just want to microwave a chocolate one right this second!
Mmmm. A chocolate one warm and gooey? Yum, yum!
Now that I think about it, it'd probably taste like a s'more. I've seen them in some grocery stores. Maybe they have them in your area, or can get them if you ask a manager.
