KRISTY'S WHIMSIES

(Double click on the arrow above.)

Milton, here:

This video was made on Wednesday noon to show Kristy's whimsies. We have always had a barrell of fun laughing at life and creating humor along the way.

There is healing of body and spirit found in a merry heart. So why not laugh a lot today.

We had a wonderful visit with Terry and Sandra, Kristy's brother and sister-in-law from South Carolina. They really lifted Kristy's spirits.

Hope you enjoy the video. Doesn't Kristy look great!

Kristy does look great. My husband and a customer of mine (I'm a pharmacist) were both diagnosed with
different types of brain tumors at the same time
six years ago. They both survived and I'll pray
for you now. This is the first time I've been to your blog, I followed a link from Brandilyn Collins site.
God bless you!

Kristy, that's no deacon's hand, it's a floating body part!!!! That's where the hand got to. ACFW has had a hand floating (get it??) hither and yon and we were just wondering where it got off to. Now we know. But I don't think it had a shirt sleeve attached.

LOL.

You look wonderful. I love your whimsies.

I'll tell you what, when Kristy said "It's a deacon..." with such a poker face, I had to call my husband to the computer to watch it again. Good fun!

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and getting to hear Kristy's beautiful voice for the first time. I can tell she's a true Southerner--just like me, only I sound like a hick when I'm being recorded. She sounded like a Southern Belle. :)

The whimsies are so cute. Thanks for sharing.

I just love you, Kristy! ("It's a deacon.")Heh...heh...heh. ;-)

I was praying for the two of you last night after midnight, so when I came in here and saw this, it was such a blessing.

I called my husband in here to see the video. He, too, got a kick out of your "whimsies."

Yes, Milton, Kristy does look great.

God is good.

Thanks, Kristy & Milton for the clip and the laughs. Only Kristy could so sweetly deliver the news that there's a deacon in the closet in her Southern belle voice. You do look beautiful, Kristy, as usual.

You're both such a blessing! When you co-author that book, I want an autographed copy.

Much love & continued prayers,
Nancy

Kristy & Milton,
I've been following your blog since November, but have never met you. I remember Terry and Sandra from early 1970's when they came to Dothan, AL, to pastor a small church meeting in a house on South St. Andrews Street.
I have been praying for you and your family since your diagnosis and continue to pray for a miracle for Kristy!

Hi Kristy,
I've been been daily checking your blogsite since my friend Kelli Standish made me aware of it. You and your family are such a blessing. It was great to finally "meet" you through your little video. You are my kind of lady! Southern bred and cornbread fed as I like to say :^) and full of wit andd wisdom. You are in my prayers every day now and I look forward to what the Lord is going to do in and through you and your precious family. God bless!

Kristy and Milton, after reading all these wonderful comments, I thought and they are our son and daughter-in-law (while I actually prefer Daughter). The warmth and hospitality of your home surpasses its beauty.

Love ya,

Dad and Mom

Oh goodness, how sweet to hear your voice and see your whimsies!! That's so funny. You look good. Friday night I was performing at the Cobb Energy for Performing Arts Centre and during our communion song, I thought of you! I somehow knew when the song ended that I must pray for you, and I did. God bless you're precious spirit!
