The Journey to Victory

Kristy was able to go to church today and spoke briefly to our congregation. They welcomed her and us with enthusiastic applause. They are the most wonderful people in the world--God's people.

These pictures are of Kristy and me today at church. How special to see her with hands uplifted to worship our Lord. My Mom and Dad along with my middle sister, Patricia, were with us. All of our family has been so supportive. Our blood family and spiritual family have meant the world to us.

My sermon was entitled, "The Journey to Victory." When we serve the Lord, we win.

Dear Kristy and Milton,
I was so happy to see that Kristy was able to attend church today! Kristy, you look beautiful. I was praying for you today, wondering if you and Kristy would be able to be with your church family. I know it must be encouraging to be surrounded by family and friends who love you so much.

Here in NJ we had our first snow of the season today. It was very pretty by freezing! I imagine you are enjoying the warm sunshine down there in Florida. Soak it up!

The Christmas decorations at your church are so pretty. I'm sure it was joy to worship there together today.

We are praying for you on your journey to victory.
Love and prayers,
Carrie T.

Every time I check in here and read your newest blog entry I tear up, but they're happy and positive tears. I'm rejoicing with you at the love you two share. I'm believing with you for a complete healing and God's wonderful favor. I'm standing in agreement for strength and clarity of thinking and speech for Kristy. God is indeed GOOD!
