WE YET TRUST...

Milton, here for Kristy:

Kristy is suffering from confusion and memory issues. She will be in the Hospice Center for another day or so.

Brain tumors cause a whole myriad of problems that distort an individuals thought processes. This is not easy for her and is so very hard for us to watch her suffer.

God is our helper. Our trust is in Him and Him alone.

Jennifer stayed the night again, and before I left last evening we prayed and she said over and over how God is so good to her. Her love yet reaches out to others--even though there are times when tumor actions challenge her.

I will be speaking at church this morning and returning to her ASAP. She is resting and had asked me to go to minister to our church family.

Keep Kristy and us in your prayers.

Yes, Milton, thank you for updating us. Of course, we continue to pray for God's mercy, grace, and strength for all of you. We still ask the Lord for a miraculous healing for Kristy.

Love in Jesus,

Nancy & family

Dear Milton and Kristi,
After having a mom die two years ago of brain cancer and a younger brother suffering from it now.
Please know, I KNOW this road.
We still wll pray for a miracle, but like you , we know God's ways are not always our ways. Earth is but a grain of sand when compared with ALL of eternity....
I have been reading from the beginning and feel like you are family and indeed you are.
I look forward to the day when we can meet in person in heaven. I will know you and yours I am sure.
It seems like things are winding up pretty fast on this old earth and for someone who believe in the pre-millenial rapture of the church,I know the Trumpet could sound before this day is over and we would be outta here....FOREVER.
I am rapture ready, since Sept 30th last year (my testimony is on my blog)....
I take encouragement for your testimony as you go through all of this, your light is shining far and wide...GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD.

I, too, check in daily and am just inspired by the strength you, Kristy, and your extended family show us- I pray for a miracle to happen, but I also realize I am seeing a miracle whenever I read of your love and faith that this is just a step on the Road to Glorious Eternity- may all of you continue along your path of peace and courage showing us that endings are not forever and there can be joy in each passing- many thanks for the daily updates- take comfort in the fact that your entire family is supported by prayers from both friends and strangers who feel we *know* you through your messages online-

Kristy and Milton,
Many have walked this road before with family and friends. Cancer is a hideous disease, but it's a disease of this fallen world, not His kingdom to come where there will be no more crying, no more pain, no more sickness.

My prayers continue for you.

We are praying daily for you. Your faith is so encouraging and helps to bring so much of life in perspective. Please remind Kristy that her blog friends love her and are praying and lifting her up to the Lord! Love, Trish

Trying to stay positive as I share your tears. There, all done, now onward and upward in faith and strength. I will be thinking nothing but positive uplifting thoughts today that will go out beyond and merge with other prayers and good thoughts. I know you probably know everything in the bible, but I think somewhere it says something like, "Be of good cheer; thy faith hath made thee whole." (one of my favorites) If anyone has shown us that, it is both of you. Please know that there are so many people praying and lifting you both up during this trying time. You are an inspiration to everyone who comes into contact with you both. God Bless You and your daughters too! ~~~ Lori in California

Thank you everyone for your prayers, they mean so much. This is such a hard time, the only way we are getting through is by prayer and the help of our father. Your prayers are being felt and heard! My mom is in complete peace and trusting to the end in Jesus.

If I can I'd like to ask for specific prayers for my sis, Julie. She had to go back to Tampa with the boys for school and she's having a really hard time with it all. Please pray that she will be wrapped in His arms and feel His peace and love.

Thank you and God bless!

Dear Milton, Kristy, Jennifer, and Juile,
Thank you. You are showing us how to walk through times of suffering and trial with faith and trust in God, not hiding your tears and heartache, but sharing them in an honest way, asking for prayer and support. What a priceless example.

May God's comfort, grace and presence surround you all today. May he provide everything you need for this part of the journey.

We love you and will be thinking of you and lifting you up continually.

love and prayers,
Carrie

Dear Kristy, Milton, Jennifer and Julie,
You all are in our thoughts and prayers and a special prayer is going up for Julie today. I know that she wants to be there with you all and that you want her to be there, too. I pray that the Lord hold you all up and comfort you, and that you all feel his arms around you-- whether together or apart, as you go throughout this day.
Thank you so much for giving us updates as you can. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you, too.
Love in Christ,
Janetb
