GOOD TO KNOW
Max, Milton's brother from St. Mary's, just called. He said he's glad to know somebody's getting some sex (see last post). His wife has the flu right now.'
Okay, Milton says no more posts on sex.
Ay yi, sir.
"When I found the one I love, I held him and would not let him go" (Song of Solomon 3:4). My name is Kristy Dykes, and I write Christian love stories for Barbour Publishing...perhaps because I live with a hero husband. At this site, I cover marriage, romance, and Christian fiction. These book titles make me smile--and offer great truths: Sometimes I Wake Up Grumpy and Sometimes I Let Him Sleep, Love Extravagantly, Every Marriage Is A Fixer-Upper, Red-Hot Monogamy.

Her husband, Milton says:
Gotta watch what we say around this woman until we get her brain fixed.
For those of you who only know Kristy from her postings, I am here to tell you that she is just like what she writes. She is full of life, love and faith. This has been tragic for us church family that love her, but Kristy and her amazing faith and bubbly personality has helped keep our faith up. We love you Kristy and you KNOW your in our prayers.

Gotta' keep a sense of humor!!
Hugs and prayers!
Double fireworks in bed... now that post title caught my attention, and cracked me up, Kristy.
Thinking of you all and praying for a successful day tomorrow.
Kind regards,
Dayle
What's he going to do? Withhold sex? I doubt it.
Be who you are.
Say what you want to say.
Be the real Kristy.
So what if it makes people blush?
I am praying for you. Tomorrow is going to be a perfect day for healing.

Kristy, your light shines in everything you do!
I won't be at church tonight because I have a wicked cold and don't want to get you or my girls sick, so I won't get to see you before your surgery.
I want to let you know that reading your blog (which I hadn't seen before) has really blessed me. I never realized what a funny lady you are (how'd I miss that?)
Know that I am praying for you, and have my friends and family (and their churches) doing the same. I can't wait to see the victory God brings to you and to our church through all of this! I know He has good things in store for us! Love, Sheila
Love reading your posts and we are joining with all the thousands of others who are praying for you and Milton!

I've seen you and Milton together, Kristy, and it is SOOO obvious there is fireworks to last well into the next century. With or without the "Song of Solomon" scenes. : ) Feel better!
Kristy,
You are so much on our minds tonight, and we are reading your blog and laughing and crying at the same time. You are so inspirational and so incredibly strong. The passion and love you and Pastor Milton have for each other is so obvious to anyone who reads your words, or witnesses you both together. It is amazing, and just shines like the sun. Hold on tight to each other tonight, and continue to draw strength from one another, and from our Lord who has you in the palm of His hand.
We will be praying, as so many others are, for a successful surgery tomorrow and quick recovery. We love you both.
A miracle is being born tonight. Believe it!!
With love,
Dawn & Skip Scott
Kristy, what a crack-up...I like you. I only know you through your posts on ACFW, and have recently been following your blog. I plan on getting up early tomorrow to pray (I'm on the west coast). I haven't seen this on the ACFW prayer loop, so I will post it tonight. Could Milton or someone update us on how you are doing?
Blessings,
Evelyn Ray
