HOW IS KRISTY?

It's Sunday evening and the Super Bowl is about to begin.

Kristy and I just returned home from a short car ride. She hasn't been out of the house since this past Wednesday.

She had a rough night with fever and nausea, but is better this afternoon.

Her words in her last post came from a heart of faith that is honest and trusting.

She sang the old hymn Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus to me this afternoon. With tears flowing down her face, she said this is where my faith and trust lies--in Jesus from Whom she lives.

Kristy, you have been on my mind so much the last few days. It seems as though the Lord wanted me to share with you. He just keeps saying to me that you need to hear,"I will never leave you or forsake you, even to the ends of the earth." His words are still true and may He wrap His arms around you. Even though I've never met you I pray for you daily several times and you are my Christian sister. Love ya, Trish

I'm praying that tonight you'll be able to have peaceful sleep. I can't believe what you are having to go through, and how humble you are to encourage others and all the while, speak continually praise from your lips. God bless you, friend.

I have not written a comment on your post prior to this one although I have been reading it sense I found it a couple of months ago from someone elses post. I just had to share with you after reading Kristy's post on Saturday and Miltons on Sunday. The tears are flowing from my eyes, yes partly because my heart aches for your pain and suffering and I just want to hug Kristy, but the tears are mostly from the amazing faith that I see you both living out in such a difficult time. Your honesty and transparency are allowing God to use you in a mighty way to build the same faith in others. I do pray for you to continue to gain strength in the coming days. Your trust in Jesus is so sweet. Keep singing.
Prayer & Blessings, Margaret

"Nanatrish," my post for Monday, Feb. 4, which I just pubilshed on my blog today, Sunday, Feb. 3, quotes that verse: "I will never leave you or forsake you." How strong that is in my heart. TRUST.

Thanks, all, for your wonderful comments.

Lord, bless these people who are blessing me. Reveal Yourself in a fresh way to them. Lord, I don't know what they need or desire from You, but You do, Lord. Oh, Lord, You are so good. To all of us.
