A Sweet Song In The Night

I held her hand in the night and sang sweet songs of praise to our Lord. I quoted scripture, kissed her forehead and then held her hands. We are strong in the Lord for we are one in Him.

Kristy wanted me to blog last night on my portable mobile phone these words: private room in ICU. Kristy--frisky. But I can't blog that!

I am dictating this to my sis by phone from the hospital over the beautiful St. John's river.

It's a new day--a day of wonderful opportunity. Use it for God's glory to love someone special to you.

We should hear the pathologist report today. The surgeon has shared that this is quite serious. Please pray. We are in God's hands.

By husband, Milton

We are praying, Milton. Your last sentence, We are in God's hands, says it all, for no matter what the report may reveal, there's no better place to be.

Kind regards,
Dayle

Milton,

I only know Kristy from the FHL loop...but her personality comes through in whatever she posts.

Please know that I continue to pray for and your family.

Blessings,

Cynthia

Holding both of you up in prayer Milton. He never leaves us or forsakes us. Quoting Beth Moore from a video I saw last night, there is never a situation that God cannot change. Amen!

We are so pleased to hear that the surgery went well. Having gone through the exact same thing less than two years ago, I know what a relief it is to get to this point. I know that Kristy will be great! Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you all!

Hugs & Prayers,

Tim & Liz Roberts

Milton,

Thanks for sharing your everlasting love with us--strangers, yet brothers and sisters in Christ, to live forever in eternity. I am refreshed by this kind of love between a husband and his wife. It's encouraging to know that it is REAL.

Keep on sharing. The world needs to read and hear about this kind of love.

I am continuing to pray for Kristy and you, Milton. Thank you for allowing God to hold you up. I was one of the editors on Kiss the Cook and got to know Kristy through that. You both exhibit Jesus to the world, starting with your love for each other.

My heart breaks that you have to go through this valley - both of you. I'm beseeching God for a miracle. But know that I love Kristy and know how much she loves you, Milton. And I know how much she loves the Lord. But even more, I know how much He loves her. You're both being lifted up before His throne more than you even know about. All ACFW is travailing with you.

Please know you are in our prayers. I've been following Kristy's progress through the ACFW prayer loop. She is surrounded by our prayers, but more importantly, I know she is surrounded by the love and grace of her Savior. May you both feel Him ever near.

I'm very blessed by your love for this precious woman. Thank you for writing from your heart. Keep the updates coming.

Praying, Please heal Kristy in the mighty name of Jesus because you said, "With His stripes, we are healed." Your highest will be done for your glory and our joy.

And singing:
Yes, Lord, yes, Lord, yes, yes, Lord,
Yes, Lord, yes, Lord, yes, YES, Lord,
Yes, Lord, yes, Lord, yes, yes, Lord,
Amen!
