A Time to Pray.....

Today at 3:30 PM, EST, Kristy will have her first radiation treatment. She will have one each day this week and then the following five weeks she will have daily treatments for a total of six weeks of treatment. Also, chemotherapy will start soon.

I thank everyone who has committed to pray for her today. God answers prayer and He is very attentive to prayers made by two or more people.

Miracles can happen at anytime, but I am asking the Lord for a Miracle on Monday.

Dear Lord,

Today at 3:30 PM, thousands of people are going to petition you for a Miracle on Monday for Kristy. I humbly ask You to listen to our pleas and release a healing into Kristy's body.

We call on You, The God of Heaven, for mercy for Kristy.

I thank you for hearing our prayers. I ask this in the Name of Jesus.

Amen.

Her Husband, Milton

From the depths of the heart
You cry for the pain to depart
Health to restore to show His love to you more
Weary and weak we need His life to speak
And tell sorrow to flee and to set me free
For you are like the spider caught in its web
You need your strength to be restored
And Faith emboldened as sorrows are diminished
Pain relieved
Groaning of Waning of desire
Pains of remorse you want loneliness to depart
No one understands my pain
No one can know my heartache
Your pain He bore
Your wounds he healed
Your cross He carried
Your fear he relieved
Your health to restore
Faith soars, your heartache and panic He relieves
Constant abiding in His love and care
Like a Father his child’s worries to bear
Helplessness vanishes with help from above
Soaring like eagles, yet on wings of a dove.
Freely you fly to your God up above
Wrapped in His glory hear whispers of love
From the Creator who made you with all knowing eyes
Who shaped you and formed you for all of your life
Peace and prosperity He wills to bring
Causing your heart a new melody to sing
Weariness departs at the wink of His eye
Darkness departs as the clouds from your sky
Sweet mercies of love pour down from above
And fill you with gladness and joy in His love
Keep trusting my friend as He will complete
All that He started in you this very week
His plans for you never changed when pain was your lot
His Path still lies before you unchanged and unhindered
His will to perform in your life lies silently ahead
Don’t worry, don’t fret, He will never depart
His will and His way was above ours since the start
Great things He will show you
Great things He will do
Just keep trusting in His dear care
Like in the care of The Father He is
Stand still and see His salvation.

Though I've never met Kristy, I feel I know her through the wonderful blogs you've posted. I am another writer and can truly understand how difficult it must be to lose words.

I have passed your prayer request to our Sunday school class, a class of prayer warriors, and I know they will be in prayer for Kristy during this time.

God bless each of you, and your families. God is able!

I pray that the radiation will be an effective instrument of healing. That every cancer cell will die and that a miracle of restoration will be completed.

For by His stripes we are healed--that means provision for Kristy.

I pray for Yahweh's peace to strengthen Kristy and Milton. May everyone be aware of Christ in you both--our hope!!

Much love,

Norma

Praise the LORD , O my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the LORD , O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits-
who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Psalms 103: 1– 5

This is the verse God gave me for Kristy. How very appropriate. I called for Miracle Monday on my blog. We are all praying and can't wait to hear the good news of her healing.

Please hug her and let her know we are praying up a storm.

Kristy,
May the Lord bless and keep you, May he make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.May the Lord turn his face towards you and give you peace.

To my Brother and Sister in Christ—
Though we do not know you, my wife and I have shed tears and our hearts have cried out to the Lord in prayer for you. Though we don’t know you our hearts break for you as we imagine the feelings that you and your family are dealing with, the daily struggles and the thoughts that you are all wrestling with as you place your faith and hope in God but wrestle with the fallen flesh. As we imagine this same situation befalling our family (“God Forbid”) we are reduced to tears and our heart ach for you. Though we do not know you, "We love you" as our brother and sister in Christ Jesus our Lord and we praise him for your courage and exercise of your God given strength as you praise Him through the storm! You are a light in the darkness, your family a city on a hill. We will be praying for you my brother and for your wife! We can not always see beyond the storm while we are on the ship in the midst of the tempest but if we allow ourselves to leave the ship and fly above the storm we would see that, though the clouds of darkness loom, they are moving and on the other side of the storm lies the most beautiful clear skis one could imagine; crisp and clean and clear. Be strong in his might power know that His grace is sufficient for all! The clear skis are coming…hang in and hang on; there right around the way.

At 3:30 today my wife and I will stop what we are doing and take a knee in prayer as we place you and your family on the alter of our God!

May God richly bless you through the refining fires of life!

Take care my brother,

Philia <><

Dear Milton,
I want you to know that Kristy is in my prayers today as she goes thru this treatment. She has been an awesome testimony to what a real woman of God is. Her love and devotion to the lord is something i pray one day i can have that strong. My love for Him is great but i really can't say i have that strong of faith. Just being honest. I am going to fast for Kristy today and know that God will have his hands on her as she goes thru this. God bless and know i am praying. One of Bonnies prayer partners. Donna

Prayers going up from Nashville. I am a believer in miracles and have been priviledged to witness many. Daddy God, please pour out your miracles now. We know that this is not your will for Kristy's life. You didn't create cancer, but you created Kristy and you know every cell in her body. Hold this family in your lap now Daddy God.
