MIDNIGHT RUSH TO THE FRIDGE

Milton, here for Kristy:

It is 1:27 AM and time for my nightly 1:30 snack. I've got a bad addiction, but boy it is delicious!

Excuse me.

Chomp, scarf, gulp...

I'm back.

Somewhere along this journey poor eating habits were started.

Excuse me.

Chomp, chomp, gulp,

Well, anyhow since I am up, I will tell you:

Tuesday I have an amazingly exciting announcement to make for Kristy.

Spread the word.

Tomorrow I will tell you about Kristy's birthday party.

Don't miss it.

Pass the peanut butter!

BTW, I was not aware we were eating a midnight snack at the same time until I read your post. Walmart animal cookies and orange juice taste mighty good. You in NC and I in FL. ;-)

Love ya,

Dad

Can't wait to hear about Kristy's birthday party. I hope you're finding peace and comfort rereading her books and feeling closer to Kristy through it. Her books must contain little bits and pieces and wonderful memories of your journey through small town American hand-in-hand.

Blessings,
Barb

Milton, eating during the night must be one of those things passed down from generation to generation. I like peanutbutter/mayo and pineapple sandwiches. Yeah, fatting but oh so good.

WOW tonight's comments are great.

I agree eating at midnight is a passed down Dykes family trait. Hey Donnie, try adding a slice of cheese to you mayo and pineapple sandwich. Uncle Oscar try dunking those Wal-Mart animal crackers in milk or eating them with peanut butter and milk. Cousin/nephew Tommy Reece says they are great that way. We also never count the calories.

I am enjoying reading comments from SEBC people that I knew when I was a teen-ager at First Assembly of God, Birmingham, AL and a camper at Oak Mountain. It is good to know where they are after so many years. Milton, I am sure you remember how much fun we had at youth camp on Oak Mountain when your dad was the Alabamaa CA D-cap.

I'm excited about the birthday party announcement.

God bless you.
Love & continued prayers,
Alabama cousins,
Linda & Tommy Reece
