MY HIGHEST COMPLIMENT

Milton, here for Kristy:

Late Saturday afternoon Kristy called me to her. She said she wanted relationship. She wanted to talk. We reminisced about many different things--homes we had built, jobs she had done, things we had shared.

After talking a long while, I began to share with her why I love her--her beauty, her talent, her kindness, her creativeness. I love her hands, her heart, her helps to so many. The list goes on.

Then I asked her why she loved me.

She said, "I love you because you share love, and we even each other out."

Her words meant more than I can express. She could not have said anything that would have meant more to me. Kristy had just given me the highest compliment I could ever receive from anyone.

This video was taken earlier in the afternoon and is quite funny. Kristy always has fun going.

Kristy has a very keen sense of smell. It is keener now. If you smell good, she will tell you so. If you don't....well....

She told me Saturday, " Go gargle....Soon!"

So I did.

Julie and the kiddies had a real scare Sunday afternoon. They had gone to the zoo and were hit from behind by a speeding car. The kiddies are OK, but Julie is real sore. We thank God they were not hurt worse.

Good morning friends,

So glad Julie and the grandkids are okay. I will pray Julie's pain fades and insurance takes care of everything with no hassles.

Thanks for sharing the videos. This one with Kristy sharing laughter with you all is very special. Thanks also for showing us how important it is to freely express the love we feel for our mate, children and grandchildren.

We had a bridal shower for my oldest daughter yesterday with lots of laughter and tears as we shared advice, loving memories, and dreams for her future. Passing on the blessings of a love-filled relationship....just like you and Kristy have taught us. Thanks for your wonderful example!

I am praying for you today.

Thanks for my first laugh of the day. I laughed out loud on this video. Kristy is so adorable. And the "gargle" comment had me laughing, too. :)

Praise the Lord that Julie and the grands weren't seriously injured. I've been rear-ended like this before and Julie may need to see a chiropractor. This happened to me several years ago. The third day was the worst. She should at least file a claim with the other driver's insurance, if she didn't, in case she has problems later on. They generally settle claims with an extra financial benefit for the one who was hit, which could be a blessing in disguise.

Thanks so much for this funny video of Kristy. She's such a trooper.

Kristy may get confused, but her heart is merry. Thanks for sharing this laugh, Milton. God is good.

As always, I'm praying for you all.

Oh, I must say this brought an out-loud chuckle! You guys are all such characters, and I love the fact you can still find reasons to laugh. Kristy radiates such joy! I love her so much even though I only know her through ACFW and our limited number of online conversations and exchanged emails. I've always known she had wonderful, God-given gifts and qualities. What an amazing woman of God.

My prayers continue for you and the family.

Hugs and blessings...
Shar

Thank you always for spreading the joy and love of God and teaching us how to bless the Lord at ALL times.

Love always,

Glad to see she's still in good spirits and that no one was injured too badly in the accident. Keep her spirits up. You've done a great job. She's doing an awesome job of keeping everyone else's up, too.

It is a real encouragement to see you and Kristy find the silver lining in these difficult days. Hope Julie and the kids are okay. You encourage us all with laughter, God's word and the testimony of His presence. Know the grands love you both, you'll miss 'em. Yippee!!! Kristy was able to get her HGTV 'fix.' Sending love and praying for you all.
